By accessing and using BinderDex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BinderDex is a digital platform for organizing and displaying Pokémon Trading Card Game collections. The Service allows users to create virtual binders, track their card collections, and participate in community features including competitions.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. User Content
By uploading or sharing content on BinderDex, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
6. Premium Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice
7. Competitions
- Competition participation is subject to specific rules outlined for each competition
- Winners are selected according to the stated competition mechanics
- We reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate these terms or competition rules
- Prize fulfillment is subject to winner verification and response within 14 days
8. Intellectual Property
Pokémon and all related trademarks, characters, and images are the property of The Pokémon Company and Nintendo. BinderDex is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by The Pokémon Company or Nintendo.
The BinderDex name, logo, and original content are the property of BinderDex.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinderDex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
